WSO Board

The DMV Weightlifting Board consists of nine elected volunteers. Of the nine, three are athlete representatives and the remaining six are at-large representatives. The Board can often be found wandering around at local meets across DC, Maryland, Virginia and Delaware, coaching athletes, competing themselves, volunteering behind the scenes, or helping new athletes and coaches.
