WSO Championships

The DMV always shows out at USA Weightlifting national level competitions, and we consistently produce some of the top athletes in the country. That’s why each year, we’ll be crowning our own DMV Champions by way of the WSO Championships.

2023 WSO Championships

This year’s WSO Championships will be hosted by East Coast Gold Weightlifting in Virginia Beach, VA in conjunction with their annual ECG Fall Brawl.

The two-day event will take place on October 14-15. Registrations will open soon, and you can keep an eye out here or you can follow us or East Coast Gold on Instagram for the latest!

Next Year

Future WSO Championships

We plan on hosting a competitive bidding process to host future WSO Championships. Imagine inviting and hosting the best of the DC, Maryland, Virginia and Delaware weightlifters at your facility.

After the 2023 WSO Championships hosted by East Coast Gold WL, we’ll lay out the requirements for those who want to host the 2024 WSO Championships.
